LYNX IS CRAP WITHOUT ASEM

I have actually sat for hours trying to figure something out. How time wasting that might sound to some people, but to me, it is worth my every ‘wasted’ thought.

See, most record labels have a very fortified team whose foundation won’t tremble no matter what the cause may be. However, there are those “apakye” record labels that just need to lean on a stick to stand - at least for a few moments without wobbly feet.

Somewhere 2008, if my mind isn’t playing tricks on me, ASEM surfaced as the new kid on the block. Well who knew what or who Lynx was? The name Richie was just a floating piece of paper on the waters. Some “konkontiba” or “one-man-thousand” could have just swallowed that paper kraa one time! Okay thanks to “Lynx Superhero”, Asem, there was a successful rescue mission.

[EXCLUSIVE] John Travolta and Nicolas Cage May Face-Off Again

It’s been fifteen years since Nicolas Cage and John Travolta traded faces, and now, Entertainment Three60 hears exclusively that they may be reuniting again on not one, but two indie thrillers.

The first to go could be Shrapnel, a script by Evan Dougherty that appeared on the 2008 Hollywood Black List of best unproduced screenplays, and which we’re told is readying for a June shooting start. It follows a former Bosnian soldier who seeks vengeance against the American who badly wounded him by disguising a deadly war game as a friendly backwoods hunting trip.

OHEMAA MERCY's Awesome New Website

One of Ghana’s Biggest Gospel artistes, Ohemaa Mercy variously referred to as the Queen of Gospel Music is said to outdoor a new website soon.

The Gospel Musician will be running a commercial website which will inform her fans of her schedules and also sell her music. Fans will also be able to listen to all her music and watch all her videos on the new website. Hiplife artiste Obrafour “Ghana Rap Sofuo” (real name Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko) is in trouble over a deal he allegedly had with an American based Ghanaian Business woman.

Obrafour traveled to the United States where he met the said lady and struck a deal with him to record his current album “Asem Beba Dabi” for her at a cost they both agreed on.

The lady, who reportedly gave Obrafour an amount of U.S. Dollars 11,000 to produce the album, claimed she met Obrafour who told her about his intention to come back to Ghana to record an album after a long break. The agreement was that he would pay her back with the money accrued from the initial sales after the album is released on the market.

According to her, Obrafour wants to take her for a ride because she didn’t hear from the rapper again until she heard that Obrafour had released a new album.
Later on in November Obrafour laughed loudly in shock and asked “So where is the agreement contract we signed, has she brought it?” on Peace fm.

Rihanna),” Beyoncé’s “Irreplaceable” and Cee Lo Green’s “It’s Okay.” The download is $9.99; a physical double disc will be released next month. The charity album is a joint effort between Universal Music Group, Sony Entertainment Music, Warner Music Group and EMI Music.

More than 10,000 people have been declared dead, according to Japan’s National Police Agency. Proceeds from Songs for Japan will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society to assist survivors.

The Grammy-nominated R&B group preps the release of their seventh album, The Remedy.

Former Sosodef R&B artist Jagged Edge is back with a new album and a new label. The four-member Atlanta-based group will release their seventh album, The Remedy, on Slip-N-Slide Records/EMI on June 21. With all of the original members, Jagged Edge will attempt a comeback in this very different R&B market.

WANLOV KUBOLOR to tour Europe

Musician Wanlove the Kubolor and his Afro-Gypsy band has been selected by the Institut Français and OIF to be one of three artistes of the Equation Music stage that will tour some European countries from the end of May through to the middle of June 2011.

The two other artistes also named for the tour are Winyo from Kenya and Bélo from Haïti and they will perform in Germany, Italy, UK and France.

Will Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa be the next Cheech and Chong? The two rappers are set to star in an upcoming comedy called High School, described as, "a little something for the stoners.

Ghanaian movie producer Socrates Safo has used a shaving stick to graze down the thick pubic hair from the vagina of an actress who played a role in his new movie, ‘What Sex Can Do,’ says information reaching the News-One newspaper.

Socrates, also known as the ‘Hot Fork Man’, is noted for producing adult-rated movie and a source close to his crew told News-One how the said pubic hair was shaved. “We were on set shooting the move and one of the actresses had to shave her pubic hair in front of the cameras but she was being dull so Socrates took the shaving stick and did it for her in front of the cameras and all of us,” the sources said.

As much as i think the services of Vodafone Ghana are crap, they just impress me with their awesome ads always. I don't know which of their ads i don't love. They've just got it; from concept to delivery!

Now here is a new one - a caller tunes advert which features musician Eazzy. I just watched this and I wanted to replay it again cos it's worth my every replay.

Wyclef Shot In Haiti On Eve Of Presidential Elections

Wyclef Jean, the American singer and music producer, has been shot in the Haitian capital while campaigning for a presidential candidate Michel Martelly.

The 41-year-old former member of music group The Fugees was in a stable condition in hospital in Port-au-Prince on Sunday, being treated for a bullet wound to his right hand.

After soul crooner Nate Dogg passed away Wednesday, his attorney, Mark Geragos, confirmed that the original 213 member and frequent Death Row Records collaborator died from complications from multiple strokes.

Nate suffered at least two strokes in 10 months, which left him partially paralyzed; the first one reportedly happened between December 2007 and January of 2008. Geragos confirmed that Nate was making significant progress having fully recovered his memory.

Phil Collins has retired from the music industry.
